TERMS OF USE

These terms govern your use of sektor7labs.com and Project Zero ("the Program"). By using the website or purchasing the Program you agree to them.

The Program

Project Zero is a digital, self-paced guided build program. Your purchase includes the materials described on the pricing page at the time of purchase: the Project Zero build sessions, the Reference Prototype, the Component Library, the Prototype Toolkit, twelve months of program updates and twelve months of access to the Sektor7 Labs Workshop.

After the first twelve months you keep access to the purchased version of the materials. Continued updates and Workshop access beyond that period are not included.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your transaction and handles payment processing, receipts, sales taxes and refunds under its own terms of service. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

License and acceptable use

• Your purchase grants one personal, non-transferable license to use the Program materials.
• You may use the Component Library and templates in your own projects, personal or commercial.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publicly republish or share access to the Program materials or the Workshop.
• You may not use the website or Workshop to harass others, distribute malware or break the law.

Beta status

The Founding Beta is the first complete release of the Program. Some lessons or components may be refined during the beta period, and feedback from founding members will influence future updates. The materials described on the pricing page will be delivered; their form may improve over time.

Disclaimers

• The Program teaches prototyping. The goal is a functional prototype, not a certified, production-ready or safety-critical product.
• Hardware work involves inherent risk. The Program uses low-voltage components and provides safety guidance, but you are responsible for working carefully and within your local regulations.
• Third-party costs (AI services, cloud services, hardware components) are not included and are governed by their own providers.
• Results depend on the scope and complexity of your idea, your available time and your willingness to troubleshoot. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sektor7 Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the Program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page with its revision date. Material changes to what a purchase includes will not apply retroactively to completed purchases.
