IS PROJECT ZERO JUST AN ONLINE COURSE?

No. Project Zero is a guided build program. It combines focused build sessions, a complete Reference Prototype, reusable components, engineering templates and access to the private Workshop. The objective is not to watch content. The objective is to design, build and ship a functional prototype.

IS PROJECT ZERO FOR ME?

Project Zero is built for ambitious beginners, creators and early-stage developers who have an idea for a SaaS, AI product, connected device or robot and are willing to build, test and troubleshoot. It is not for anyone expecting an entire product generated by one prompt, a done-for-you engineering service, or industrially certified safety-critical engineering.

DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO CODE?

No previous professional programming experience is required. Project Zero teaches the practical Python foundations used throughout the Reference Prototype. You must still be comfortable using a computer, following technical instructions and troubleshooting when something does not work immediately.

DO I NEED HARDWARE EXPERIENCE?

No. The physical build begins with low-voltage electronics and a guided ESP32 setup. You receive the supported component list and alternatives before the hardware portion begins. The initial projects do not involve household mains electricity or safety-critical systems.

WHAT HARDWARE WILL I NEED?

You will need a computer and a basic ESP32 prototyping kit with low-voltage components such as a breadboard, jumper wires, a sensor and a simple output device. The exact bill of materials and supported alternatives are included in the program. Hardware is purchased separately.

WILL AI BUILD THE PRODUCT FOR ME?

AI will help you plan, implement, review, test and debug the system. It does not replace architecture or engineering judgment. Project Zero teaches you how to control the AI-assisted development process instead of accepting large, fragile code generations blindly.

WILL MY IDEA BECOME A PRODUCTION-READY PRODUCT?

The goal is a functional and demonstrable prototype, not an industrially certified product. Production systems may require security reviews, compliance work, manufacturing engineering, professional electrical design or technologies beyond the prototyping stack.

WHAT WILL I HAVE BUILT BY THE END?

You will have completed the full Reference Prototype and created the Seven-Layer Architecture, technical roadmap and first functional milestone for your own idea. The exact scope of the personal prototype depends on its complexity.

WHAT DO I KEEP AFTER THE FIRST 12 MONTHS?

You keep access to the purchased version of Project Zero, its Reference Prototype, Toolkit and included Component Library. The first 12 months also include program updates and access to the Sektor7 Labs Workshop.

ARE AI API COSTS AND HARDWARE INCLUDED?

No. Third-party model usage, cloud services and physical components are purchased separately. Project Zero prioritizes affordable prototyping and clearly identifies any external requirement before it is used.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROGRAM TAKE?

The program is self-paced. Most builders should plan several focused weeks to complete the full Reference Prototype. The time required to apply the architecture to a personal idea depends on its complexity, available time and previous experience.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE 50 SPOTS ARE FILLED?

The Founding Beta will close and the website will switch to a waitlist for the public release of Project Zero. The public release will have updated material and a higher price.
