This policy explains what information Sektor7 Labs ("we", "us") collects through sektor7labs.com and how it is used. We collect as little as possible and never sell personal information.
Information we collect
- Contact and waitlist forms. Name, email address and the content of your message, used only to respond to you or to notify you about program availability.
- Purchases. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive order information (such as your email address and product purchased) needed to deliver your access.
- Analytics. If analytics is enabled, we collect aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to understand how the site is used. We do not use analytics data to identify individuals.
How we use information
- To deliver the product you purchased, including access to the Workshop.
- To answer questions sent through the contact form or by email.
- To notify waitlist subscribers about availability.
- To improve the website and the program.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not send marketing email without your consent.
- We do not store payment card details — those stay with Lemon Squeezy.
Third-party services
The website relies on a small set of service providers: hosting and serverless infrastructure (Vercel), payments (Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record), the member portal and the private Workshop and, if enabled, an analytics provider. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Data retention
Contact messages and waitlist entries are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were submitted for. Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping obligations). Email support@sektor7labs.com and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
